My guess is that if you are reading this you are already a mine of information about calories, fats good and bad, carbs - high and low GI, proteins – merits or otherwise of, and the points and syns in your favourite sugar free treat. I don’t believe that the 5% know much about food that you don’t know.
But they have discovered how to eat and maintain a happy weight. What this means is that most of the time, they eat when they are hungry and they stop when they are full.
Simple. Except that if you are unhappy with your body, your weight or your obsession with food, you will have struggled to do this. The 5% of people who maintain their weight loss, have changed their attitude to eating. They have changed how they think about food, how they feel about food, how and why they eat, and they have made simple changes in their everyday lives and environments.
