Your levels of confidence can vary through life depending on the what is expected of us and the situation we find ourselves in. Whereas many of us are confident in specific areas, some situations like new jobs, redundancy or some other life change can lead to temporary dips in our self-belief.
Lack of self-confidence stops us recognising opportunities when they are presented and keeps us leading narrow, unsatisfactory lives.
There are many different aspects to confidence and you personal confidence in different areas will vary and sometimes waver, depending on what is happenging in your life.
