I do not believe that any one diet works for everyone and I do not give dietary advice. I will support anyone that I consider to be following a sensible route to weight loss.

I believe that there are four areas to address in successful dieting, and indeed weight maintenance:

  • Your feelings about it
  • Your environment
  • Your thinking
  • Your habitual behaviours

These factors play varying roles in weight problems – everyone is different, but it is likely that if you encounter obstacles, they will fall into one or more of these areas.

Other areas we could look at are:

  • Craving control (using different psychological techniques)
  • Body image (Understanding your body shape and how to dress to flatter)
  • Confidence and self-esteem (live happily with body your are in)

The idea is that you would create a personal plan that will work for you both on your diet and when you have reached your target. It works alongside any diet and my wish for you is that this diet will be your last.

A course of 10 one hour sessions is £550.
